Job Obligations:
Understand data presented by clients
Checks plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
Performs technical, organizational and supervisory role on construction projects
Validate/ Make Project Estimates
Create Project Quotations
Creates plans, lay-outs and drawings using CADD
Able to visualize instructions and attention to details
Acts as the technical adviser on the construction site for subcontractors, crafts people and foreman
Manages, monitors and interprets the contract design documents
Plans the work and organizes the construction site facilities to meet deadlines
Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise
Job Requirements:
Male/ female
23 ? 35 years old
Graduate of BS in Civil Engineering
With or without PRC License
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
Possess advanced knowledge on CADD applications
