16. TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT HEAD
?Bachelors Degree in Business, Engineering, Law or Marketing ?Post graduate qualification in Quality Management, Environmental Management, or Business Studies an advantage.
?Proven senior management experience in agribusiness, with at least 3 years experience in managing quality.
?Must be familiar with a range of quality and productivity concepts.
?Must be acquainted with basic problem solving and management tools.
?Must have deep understanding of the importance of human resources and the influence of culture in the organization.
?Must be highly analytical and with good problem solving skills.
?Must be organized and methodical, attentive to details.
?Above average written and verbal communication skills.
?Must be persuasive and influential.
